This covered front porch was in dis-repair and the old 3″ tounge and groove planking was removed and replaced with redwood. The client was concerned about the historical look and value of this property. A second stairway was added for easy access from the driveway. The look and feel of this vintage house was preserved while improving the live and value of the front entrance.
