This remodeling project required removing a wall and installing a beam in a condo’s kitchen to open space in these otherwise cramped quarters. Beside removal of the wall, and the addition of the beam, a pantry style cabinet was added to the existing cabinetry. One crew was utilized for all work, except where a licensed electrician was employed to do the electrical portions.
