Addition Example 1

This challenging project was the addition of an oversized, 2-car garage, with an upstairs Family Room. A landing and stairways were needed to connect to an existing split-level home.

Any addition work on a split-level home can be complicated and full of special challenges, however, this design provided an excellent solution to the half-floor transition dilemma.
